On this screen you see in the right pane the log summary of the selected host. It will give you some basic information about the size of the eventlogs and the disperson of log log entries.

By selecting one of the logs, you get a detailed view of it. You can scroll through the list of events, reviewing the event details in the lower middle pane. You have several options, like filtering, searching or applying an action to a selected event.
